We the staff of IPSAS are committed to excellence through the implementation of quality in teaching, research and professional services to meet the expectations of our customers by ensuring the following processes:
- Application for admission will be processed within 1 month after receiving the completed application form from SGS.
- Application for the appointment of Supervision Committee will be processed within 1 month after receiving the completed form from the student.
- Application on the appointment of Thesis Examination Committee will be processed within 2 months after receiving the completed form from SGS.
- Any application from students through the iGIMS system will be processed within 3 weeks from the date of application.
- GS-11 Form will be processed within 3 weeks after the students had filled in the form in the iGIMS system
- Ensure students sit for their Comprehensive Examination (CE) latest by the 5th
Research and Industry Linkage
- Inform researchers on announcements of new grants within 3 working days after receiving notification from RMC.
- Borang Pengurusan Geran will be processed within 7 working days before it will be submitted to RMC.
- End of Project Report (for contract research) will be submitted within 2 months after project completion.
- Inform confirmation status regarding industry and community report within 7 working days after the data had been entered into ICRIS.
