On 10th Februari 2023, Rector of Abulyatama University, Aceh Besar, Aceh Indonesia (UNAYA), Ir. R. Agung Efriyo Hadi paid a courtesy visit to IPSAS. During the courtesy visit, IPSAS was represented by Assoc. Prof. Dr Haliza Abdul Rahman, Head of Youth Laboratories in Leadership, Politics and Citizenship along with other members of IPSAS Management (Head of Laboratory, Head of Administration and Research Officer). Director of IPSAS, Prof. Dr. Haslinda Abdullah delivered a welcome speech and then followed by a video presentation. Among the objectives of the visit was to discuss the planning of the Regional Seminar on Community Issues 3 (SSIK 3), UNAYA student internship program to be held in March, guest lectures based on relevant fields of study and faculty, joint research activities and joint book writing between IPSAS and UNAYA. In addition, there will be a plan to propose a Coffee Table books on youth issues and social sciences. Both parties are in the process of convening a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to further strengthen the cooperation between the two parties especially in social sciences and humanities area.
