DISTINGUISHED LECTURE SERIES 7

Institute of Social Science Studies (IPSAS), Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM) has obtained the 7th series of excellent lectures on Youth Welfare contributed by IPSAS Adjunct Professor, Dato' Sri Dr. Zaleha Kamarudin. Themed" family and Youth Leadership: a legacy of values for generations to come", he is banking on family values as the foundation in shaping capable and enduring youth leadership.

The programme was held on 15 May 2025 with the celebration of Youth Day, in collaboration with the International Institute of Islamic thought and civilization (ISTAC-IIUM) and The Associated Coordinating Committee of Islamic NGOs (ACCIN), to create the message that families succeed in the first Madrasah that triggers the direction and identity of young people. According To Dr. Zaleha, efforts to form youth leadership cannot be separated from a strong and Active Family Institute.

Director of IPSAS, Professor Dr. Haslinda Abdullah stressed that the company is mindful of IPSAS ' ongoing commitment in influencing the social well-being of youth. The list of this series is a representative list of six previous companies that have implemented influential figures in youth and Community Development.
