The Institute of Social Sciences, UPM in collaboration with Adab Youth Garage (AYG) has held the Agricultural Knowledge Trail programme towards Food Security at D'Impian Agro Farm, Muar, Johor. A total of 20 IPSAS staff and 20 AYG members have participated in this programme. The objectives of the programme are, 1) To increase the awareness and understanding of the participants on the importance of the agricultural sector in the sustainability of food security, 2) To improve the quality of life and well-being of the participants by encouraging positive interaction with the environment and reducing stress in the workplace, and 3) To establish a network of cooperation between IPSAS, UPM and industry partners.
