July 23, 2021 (Friday) - Another history was recorded for IPSAS because for the first time, IPSAS has successfully organized a virtual TEAM BULIDING program with a different approach by IPSAS Welfare Club. The interactive and informative content and activities added a sense of belonging among the entire IPSAS staff with the new norms. The appearance of 2 great women in this program by presenting an interesting discussion topic that is Self Coaching: Crash State vs Coach State by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Hanina H. Hamsan and Tekanan pada Masa Kini dan Jalan Keluar  by Ustazah Dr. Nik Farhan Nik Nik Mustapha makes this program more loaded with knowledge sharing. Presentations from each group with the title Improving the Well-Being of IPSAS Staffs at Work and at Home: Issues and Suggestions is a concerted effort by IPSAS to help its staffs be in good condition no matter where they are. The highlight of the program saw the announcement of the winners for each activity that was carried out as well as the Special Director's Award which was won by Mrs. Nooryati Sajat and Mr. Hairi Ahmad. Congratulations to all the winners. Overall the program is running smoothly and it is hoped that it will be held again in the future with the involvement of greater IPSAS family members.
