You guys want to be writers, but are lazy to read. You want to be a writer, but it's bad for the language. You guys want to be writers, but lazy to read, bad language and a lot of excuses anyway.   Such is the fate of a writer who only dreams  but does not achieve his wish.  So, to become a writer, what are the basic  things you need to have?  Especially to be a creative writer, what is it worth doing?

Ayuh penulis, chisel in yourself that the great mandate that is placed on the shoulders  in presenting the best work for thereading.  Choose, and filter out the "clear" language to put forward in the work to form the richness of the soul. Choose, and filter out the "beautiful" literature to unfold in the work for the confirmation of noble personalities. "The Language of Towering Solidity, Sastera Upholding Potent" desires authors who have extraordinary ability by glittering efforts for the sake of the nation's treasures. The words of Tenas Effendy in the book "Work Ethos" are naturally used as a reflection: "When work is to be perfect, praiseworthy qualities should be taken care of", "If it is commendable in work, the afterlife gets rewarded", "When working holds the mandate, oneself is safely nurtured by Allah", "When working carefully, benefits can be praiseworthy", and "When working with his knowledge, work becomes a great benefit."
